Riserva del Mare comes from the ancient salt pans of Trapani, a WWF protected area. For more than 100 years, the Culcasi family has been producing and marketing Trapani's artisanal sea salt, keeping this production tradition alive.
The production of Trapani's sea salt takes place in one of the most beautiful, almost enchanted places in Sicily, the natural habitat of the striking pink flamingos and numerous other species of water birds. Ponds and small windmills alternate with a backdrop of sea and sky.
This precious product contributes to the prestige of a city that is proud of its territory, its history and its
salt culture.
