Enjoying Italian sausage and cheese specialities is a unique experience. Among our favourites are two products that no table should be without: 'Nduja di Spilinga and Capotempo di Capua.

The 'Nduja is a typical Calabrian salume, a soft cream made from pork and spicy red chillies that goes perfectly with toasted bread or pasta alla carbonara.
