OrtoMayo - Vegan pepper mayonnaise
The vegan Pepper Mayonnaise is made through the manual processing of seasonal vegetables and greens, carried out in the internal laboratory of the farm itself. It is completely plant-based, produced with only four ingredients: a seasonal vegetable, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, and salt. No eggs, preservatives, or colorings. No milk and added sugar.
250 ml bottle.
Pepper (75%), extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt.
An interesting fact about peppers is that they belong to the Solanaceae family, the same as tomatoes, potatoes, and eggplants. Originally from the Americas, they were brought to Europe in the 16th century and have since become a staple ingredient in many traditional cuisines. Peppers can vary greatly in color, shape, and flavor, with varieties ranging from sweet to spicy. There are over 50,000 varieties of peppers worldwide!
