The only ingredients for the preparation of Annurca apple juice are simply Annurca apples, water, and lemon.
The preparation is divided into several stages:
- Wash the apples, do not cut the peel, and place them in a bowl, sprinkling the product with lemon juice, adding water and letting it rest for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer everything to a pot and bring it to a boil, filter it with a sieve, and squeeze the remaining pieces into a few bottles.
- Pasteurize everything by wrapping them in cloth napkins and placing them upside down in a pot covered with hot water.
- After boiling for 30 minutes, let them cool in the same position, then dry them, check the vacuum seal, and proceed with tasting
