The company was born from Milco and his wife Giovanna's innate passion for vinegar, fruit and herbs. Thus was born SAPOREA, an agricultural company that cultivates fruit trees and aromatic herbs for the production of healthy condiments. Pomegranates, persimmons, grapes, chokeberries, raspberries, figs and other varieties are grown on the company's 3 hectares of land, and it is precisely because they are grown 'in house' that you can be sure that the raw materials used to make vinegar and other condiments are free from pesticides and treatments that are harmful to health and the environment.

A unique product

The final product is a natural vinegar obtained through the "slow spontaneous vinegar production", without mechanical force, without chemical nutrients and additives, in order to obtain a genuine product, very useful for our organism, rich in organic acids, polyphenols and melanoidins, which contribute to its bactericidal properties. Quality vinegars, obtained both from fruit and from other raw materials, have, not surprisingly, been an integral part of our diet for thousands of years.
