Characteristics of the Craft Beer "Stige" Imperial Stout
Like the namesake river described in Dante's Divine Comedy in hell, STIGE takes you directly to the circle of gluttons. This top-fermented beer, cold-matured with vanilla beans and oak chips, has a dark color and a coffee-colored foam. On the nose, it is vigorous and rises with a vast bouquet: aroma of licorice root, roasted coffee powder, peat.
