Characteristics of the Nuvola Bianca Session IPA craft beer
Nuvola Bianca is a seasonal beer created for the summer. Brewed in the Session IPA style with Pacific Jade, Nelson Sauvin and Rakau New Zealand hops, it has a pale blonde colour and a compact, persistent white head. The nose is immediately fresh and fruity, reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc, with the citrus and resinous contribution of the other hops. On the palate, a distinctly bitter note emerges, supported by a light malty base; notes of white grapes, citrus fruits and a light resinous note similar to pine needles linger in the mouth.
Nuvola bianca is a beer with a moderate alcohol content, perfect for warm summer evenings. It is recommended with summer hors d'oeuvres, spicy or smoked meats, simple pizzas and fruit desserts. Its alcohol content is 5% alc.vol.
