Characteristics of the Helles Craft Beer

H3ll3s is the craft microbrewery 082TRE's personal interpretation of a Bavarian Helles. It is a low-fermentation, decoction-brewed beer with a golden colour and a white, soft and persistent head. Fresh, pleasantly dry and very pleasant. To the nose, it has a light aromatic profile with sweet and herbaceous notes. The palate is dominated by malt notes, with a herbaceous and floral finish provided by the continental hops. We recommend it with unflavoured cured meats, white meats, fried foods, pizzas and pastries.
