Here are the ingredients you will need to prepare this delicious recipe:

  • 200 g of "RUSSELLO" organic durum wheat flour
  • 100g of butter
  • 100g of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Riserva Salina "CAMILLONE" q.b. sweet salt
  • Annurca extra jam with apple, walnut and lemon

How to prepare

Just a few simple steps and you're done!

  • Put the flour in a bowl, add the chopped butter and knead with your hands until you have a doughy mixture.
  • Add the sugar, egg and a pinch of salt to the flour and knead until you have a firm dough.
  • Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Roll out the pastry into a 22cm diameter tart tin and line the base and sides of the tin with the pastry.
  • Spoon the extra Annurca apple, walnut and lemon jam into the centre of the tart, level it and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts.
  • Bake the tart for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
