After natural air-drying, the peppers are carefully hand-cleaned one by one to remove cores and seeds. They are then cut into small pieces and fried for a few seconds in high-oleic sunflower oil. Once drained, they are gently dried, rapidly cooled and salted cold. The resulting chips are vacuum-packed in different formats to guarantee freshness and quality.

Perfect as an aperitif snack, they can also be crumbled as a crispy seasoning on salads, soups or pasta, or used as a garnish to enrich dishes such as pizza, bread or cheese.

Storage: keep in a cool, dry place. If packaged in glass, store away from direct light: peppers are photosensitive and may fade, losing part of their properties. Once opened, reseal tightly. Best consumed before the date indicated on the package. Shelf-life: 10 months.
