Nesler's Organic Sauce "Fata" is an artisanally fermented condiment made from organic monococcus spelt, produced in collaboration with the Janas farm. Matured for a period varying between 6 months and a year, this unpasteurized sauce has an intense savoriness and delicate aromas, making it ideal for enhancing raw fish dishes, tartare and vegetables, without altering their taste. It is recommended to add it at the end of cooking or raw to preserve the live ferments.
