The history of Rinci

Rinci is a small artisan company that produces high quality gastronomic products. Founded in 2015, it is located in a privileged position in the heart of the Conero Park, in Marche region, an ideal place where nature meets artisan excellence. Rinci's young team, made up of Francesco, Luca and Alessandro, is committed to reworking traditional flavours with wisdom and ingenuity, proposing new and original gastronomic creations of the highest quality. The company's aim is to reinterpret these traditional flavours by producing unique vegetable preserves and sauces with intense aromas and unmistakable sensory experiences.

The origins of Paccasassi

Paccasassi, also known as wild sea fennel, is a species of aromatic plant that grows wild along the Conero Riviera. At first sight it looks as if its roots are breaking through the rock, but on closer inspection the reality is different... the roots of the paccasassi bury themselves in the rock and do not break it. Its salty taste, combined with a scent of fennel, carrot and lemon, is due to the high content of carotenoids, flavonoids and vitamins in its leaves, which make it a very nutritious plant. In compliance with the regulations of the Conero Natural Park, Rinci cultivates Paccasassi exclusively in its natural habitat, thus guaranteeing the preservation of biodiversity.
