Our range includes a variety of shapes, from classic tagliatelle and tagliolini to penne and fusilli, all made using traditional methods that respect both the environment and personal well-being. Each batch is slow-dried at low temperature for over 20 hours and bronze-drawn to ensure the ideal texture and intense, natural flavor.

For those with specific dietary requirements, we offer a dedicated line of gluten-free pasta, made with naturally gluten-free ingredients such as corn, rice, buckwheat, and other alternative grains, without any additives.

We also offer legume-based pasta, rich in plant-based proteins, fiber, and with a low glycemic index, ideal for a healthy and balanced meal.
