Strong Golden Ale is a product of high fermentation, which is brewed at higher temperatures than bottom-fermented beers. Strong Golden Ale is generally characterised by its bright golden colour, hence its name. This colour tone is achieved through the use of light malts, which give the beer a light, fruity flavour.

Cheritra is a Strong Golden Ale with a deep golden colour, slightly cloudy and a white, compact, creamy and persistent head. To the nose it has aromas of honey, warm sponge cake, unleavened bread and fruity notes, especially ripe yellow fruits such as apricots and medlars. On the palate, the attack is decisive with light fruity and caramel notes, well structured body, the finish is warm, typically ethylic, with a balanced note of herbaceous bitterness. The use of noble European hops such as Saaz allows Cheritra to be appreciated not for its complex spicy and aromatic notes, but for its round and justly bitter taste. It is a drinkable beer despite its rather high alcohol content.
It is recommended with white meat, fried vegetables, shellfish, even ripe cheese and berry desserts.
